This page explains what personal data I collect through the contact form on this site, why I collect it, and what you can do about it.
What I collect
Through the contact form I collect your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), project type, desired timeframe and your message. I also record when you submitted it and that you gave consent.
Your IP address
I don't keep your IP address. I derive an irreversible cryptographic value from it, used solely to stop automated submissions. The stored value cannot be turned back into an address.
Why I collect it
The only purpose is to reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project. I don't send newsletters, I don't do marketing, and I don't sell anyone's data.
Where it's stored
The data is stored in a database hosted by Supabase, on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). A notification containing your message is emailed to me via Resend. The site itself is hosted by Vercel.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiries for at most 24 months from receipt, then delete them. If we go on to work together, your contact details remain in the records of that collaboration.
Your rights
You can ask at any time what data I hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Write to the address below and I'll deal with it within 30 days.
Analytics
I use Vercel Analytics for traffic statistics. It sets no cookies, doesn't identify you, and doesn't track visitors across sites. That's why this site has no cookie banner.
